Dortmund von oben
What makes us different, unique and a real team?

Rigid structures or guidelines? Our goal is to make you feel comfortable with us, because that's the only way to create a good working dynamic.
That's why we do without the following things:

No overtime

Overtime is often common in the industry, but we all know that overtime makes you sick in the long run and leads to less performance. Our goal is to assess and plan the workload of our employees so well that overtime is not necessary. If they do occur, we are doing something wrong in our planning.

No dress codes

Clothes make the man? With us, you can come to the office in whatever way you feel comfortable. Whether in a T-shirt and jeans, a suit or a cap. Just be who you are! Your clothes do not show your competence.

No attitude

A put-upon manner, no collegial interaction, competitive thinking? All this contradicts our vision of a good team. We stand for team spirit, collegial interaction and flat hierarchies.

No know-it-alls

Everyone makes mistakes or doesn't know something. We all learn from and with each other. We inspire each other and create more agility through an open and active error culture. This helps us develop new processes and find innovative solutions to problems.
